Over my 38 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've gotten to know the community of Ocala extremely well, both professionally and personally. Most of my business is referral-based. The horse farm presence in Ocala is especially well-suited to my recreational interests. I have ridden, competed, and simply loved horses my entire life. As a junior and amateur rider, I won numerous national championships in the equitation and hunter divisions.

More recently, I've been involved in the thoroughbred racing industry and in national cutting horse competitions. I'm thrilled that my daughter, Havens Schatt shares the same passions - She's a renowned rider and trainer of hunters and jumpers who splits her time between Wellington, Florida and Lexington, Kentucky.

As my career in real estate has evolved alongside my interest in horses, I have found a professional niche that I love: horse farms and high-end residential properties. This specialty is especially enjoyable because it allows me to work alongside my husband's company, Schatt Construction, in the designing and building of homes that I often have the opportunity to market. Happily, my husband's business and my own go hand-in-hand!

In the end, I find working with my clients through the entire cycle of their real estate pursuits - from the beginning of the hunt to the day they call their own property "home" - to be exceptionally rewarding and fun.

Most importantly, being a realtor has exposed me to many fantastic people over the three-and-a-half decades - some of whom have become long-lasting, invaluable friends.
